Here are the recommended Maharishi Ayurveda herbs for your Spring Cleanse.

• Genitrac - take 2 tablets before breakfast and dinner to support efficient removal of toxins and restore balance to the genito-urinary area.

• Elim-Tox - take 2 tablets morning and evening to cleanse the liver, blood and elimination system. If you have a pitta imbalance (excess heat, loose stools, acidity), we reccomened you get the Elim-Tox-O pacakge instead as it is more pacifying to Pitta.

• Liver care - take 2 tablets 15-30mins before lunch to support the liver which is one of the main detox organs of the body.

• Herbal Cleanse - take 2-4 tablets 30 minutes before bed each night to help ensure a thorough cleanse of the bowel. If you have bowel motions less than daily, also take 2 tablets of Digest Tone with the Herbal Cleanse.
